A Personal Message from Jeannie
My mission in life at this moment is to work for Spirit with the highest integrity I can. I am devoted to sharing Spirit’s messages for the purpose of love and healing, and to doing my very best to show you that “Life, like love, lives on.”
Hello, I’m Jeannie Hopkins, and I am an Intuitive Medium. My journey into this work began during a deeply emotional time in my life. In my 30s, my family and I experienced the loss of 12 loved ones in just 18 months. It began with the unexpected passing of my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day at the age of 59, followed by the loss of many other family members and even our beloved pets. That period changed me forever.
While going through my mother-in-law’s belongings, we found a card for a medium she had seen. I decided to reach out, and that connection became truly life-changing. Through the evidence and messages I experienced—both personally and in group settings—I witnessed the incredible healing that comes from knowing our loved ones are still with us. That was the beginning of my own healing journey, and ultimately, my path as a medium.
Since then, I have dedicated my life to working with Spirit. In 2008, I founded Light and Love Readings, where I offer private readings, group sessions, and workshops focused on spiritual development and soul growth. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to expand into live gallery events and, in 2018, created the Voices From Heaven Tour, traveling throughout Maine to connect with and bring healing to as many people as possible.
Today, I work between Upstate New York and Venice, Florida, continuing to share Spirit’s messages and help others feel the love that never leaves them. Along this journey, I’ve had the privilege of learning from incredible mediums and healers from around the world, which has deepened both my connection and my purpose.
Above all, I am a wife, a mother, and someone who deeply cherishes family. My husband Brent and I have been married for over 30 years, and we are blessed with two amazing children. Our home is also filled with love from our sweet animals, Ollie and Baby Girl, who bring us so much joy.
I am endlessly grateful to everyone who has supported me and trusted me to connect with their loved ones. It is truly an honor to do this work. I am especially thankful for my husband Brent, whose unwavering love and support have made this path possible.

A Personal Message from Jeannie
I have been blessed to witness so many beautiful forms of healing through my clients. Spirit always comes through with love and truth, and in that, there is a deep understanding that opens the door to compassion. From that compassion, forgiveness can grow—and it is in forgiveness that we begin to free our souls. When we release what we’ve been holding in a negative way, we create space to move forward and truly live the best life we can.
I have also witnessed countless ways that Spirit shows me what they see in their loved ones’ daily lives. These moments are powerful reminders that we are never alone—that we do not walk this life without them. Their presence, their love, and their awareness continue, proving over and over again that life, like love, lives on. Spirit loves us deeply and walks beside us every day. Knowing this, and experiencing it through Spirit, brings a profound sense of peace.
Personally, I have learned so much from Spirit. It has completely changed the way I see the world and how I live my life. I carry their wisdom with me every day. My hope is that everyone can come to know this same sense of connection—to feel that love, to have compassion for themselves and others, and to move through life with greater understanding.
I encourage you to look for the good—in people and even in the most difficult situations. That is often where life’s greatest gifts are found, and it’s where true growth begins.
My vision for you is simple but powerful: to walk through life with a loving heart, not a hardened one. To experience that shift is something so beautiful, and it is truly my wish for everyone.

As I work with Spirit I understand that we must all learn to forgive and grow. Grow not only from our mistakes but from others who have had an impact on our life.
It healed my heart in ways I never thought I could.
