Phone/Video Readings are non-refundable and non transferable. In case of a re-schedule of phone/Video reading there will be a $30 fee charged
Group Reading: In an event that a Group Reading or session for two is cancelled or rescheduled there will be a Commitment Fee of $75 charged.
